The Point identifies the optimal, most cost-effective location to meet your business, operational, and real estate objectives.

Contract Negotiation

Whether you prefer to purchase, lease, or choose a lease/buy option, our in-house Legal Department assists with the negotiation of a favorable land purchase or lease agreement. Our Business Development Team will then work directly with you to identify suitable state, county, and municipal incentive packages.
Due Diligence & Approvals

We will conduct due diligence on the land site to ensure that the zoning, environmental, soil conditions, traffic patterns, and demographics are suitable for the intended use. The Point also takes full responsibility for all municipal approvals required for your project.

Design

The Point's in-house Design Team plans and develops a functional, efficient, and cost-effective facility to fulfill the entire scope of requirements.
Construction

Our team of professionals specialize in constructing first-class buildings, on-time, and within budget. To keep clients informed, we prepare a weekly status report and conduct bi-weekly progress meetings.
